Train at Home
HEYSA's soccer program encourages players to train outside of practice. Player Development happens with increased touches on the ball and improved footwork. Players that succeed are the ones that put in the work to improve their footwork and overall confidence on the ball. This pattern of development explains why the initial skill gap between naturally skilled players and players that work hard closes quickly. Below are some videos that will improve your athletes performance on the pitch.
